Live Chat
At the lower right corner of the page, you should see a round Live Chat button. You may use it to contact us at any time for your help or guidance.
If you don’t see this button, your browser is probably blocking the trackers that are required for it.
Allow Trackers
I am the first one to dislike trackers but those are required here to identify unique users while saving you from entering any email address or other information.
This is what allows you to chat and be identified as “you” and not someone else when you are using the Live Chat Support.
If your Browser is blocking trackers, the Live Chat button will not show up. That’s fine if you don’t need it but if you do, make sure you allow your browser to let them work on this site.
